Does FulfillMe deliver my packages?

No the major carriers you are accustomed to seeing will deliver your packages (i.e., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS). FulfillMe partners with them to achieve volume discounts, and passes a portion of that savings to our customers.

We deliver throughout the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Based on our customer’s unique needs, we can suggest options. For example; we offer early morning delivery, 2-3 day ground service, etc. We may use any one or combination of carriers to satisfy your need.

Within the continental US, orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 days. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; these require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

Yes, we will send you an email including delivery information and the tracking number. This enables you to track your order using FulfillMe 's tracking hyperlink in your shipping confirmation email.

Yes, we calculate shipping costs based on carrier methods, taking into account each carrier's specific dimensional factor. We've also negotiated the lowest rates with multiple carriers to ensure cost-effective shipping for our customers.

Yes, we do offer kitting and bundling services at FulfillMe. You don't need to assemble orders before sending them to our warehouse. We handle the entire process, including assembling, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment according to your specifications. This ensures that your products are ready for distribution, saving you time and resources while maintaining the quality and accuracy of your orders.
